I would like to get a refund for the charge that was done today.

     I do not want the bronze plan anymore and just want to keep the free plan.  I would like a full refund of the $19. How do I do this?  Thanks

    I have sent this to our billing department, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
