My account still shows 'Free' (plus a recent warning email that I was exceeding limit) but I have paid the upgrade. Please advise.

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already in premium subscription plan.

    It seems one of my colleague have already responded to your email and taken care of your account issues. Not to worry, your account is currently in good shape and you should not have any trouble.
