Assuming my lawyer has properly drawn up, water tight terms and conditions
for my website... how do I make T&C legally binding and enforceable from a website when someone is making a purchase? I am thinking I can use JotForm just need a little guidance.

I am not quite sure if I fully understood your question. If what you want to do is to display an non-editable text area which contains your form's terms and conditions, then this thread might help - http://www.jotform.com/answers/32878-Uneditable-Non-editable-text-area
If what you're looking for is a way for a purchaser to "electronically" sign the form for legal purposes, then I am afraid to say that we do not have such a feature yet.
