Unable to switch subscription

    Could you please elaborate a bit on what you are looking for. I am assuming that you would like to either upgrade or downgrade your subscription. If I am incorrect, please feel free to correct me. This can be done from you billing page that is located in your account

    Depending on the plan you have and what you would like to do, hover over the plan you would like to switch and click upgrade or downgrade.
