I have a need for a one-time only questionnaire and I'm wondering that can I use JotForm for that purpose? I understand that you have also free to use license but there you have limited the answers to 100. I'm about to publish a questionnaire where a non-profit association is asking for it's members and potential members to give a feedback and development recommendations. It's really a one-time feedback survey and therefore your pricing is hard to understand. We will publish link to survey in the web page so there might be 100-1000 or even more who will answer to our questionnaire. So my question is that can we just publish the form that I have created without signing in to JotForm or will there be limitations that might stop our survey form to work? And if we need to sign in, can we use it for free of charge or should we pay for the use? If we should pay for using JotForm, how much would it cost and does it bind us to some sort of longer relationship?

You can publish your form without signing in but it is not recommended. You can use a Guest account if you don't want to sign up for a JotForm account. Please take note that for Guest account, you only have 20 submissions per month.

In order to avoid inconveniences in the future, I would highly recommend you signing up for the free/starter plan so you can enjoy 100 secure submissions per month, 10 received payments, 100mb storage and 1 sub user account. Please check our pricing page for further information.

Again, this is a free plan so it means you don't need to put your credit card information unless you want a paid plan. Also, if you are under a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription anytime.

Let us know if you still have any questions. Thank you.
