Pricing upgrade

I was curious about whether or not an account can be upgraded during a billing cycle.

Let me present a hypothetical that I foresee happening:

We are publishing a form that we will use to allow people to upload audio files for an oral history project. We intend to subscribe at the 100 GB/month level, but depending on the level and frequency of our submissions, we could possibly run over our data limit. In that event, would we be able to pay a premium to raise up to the 1 TB level or would we be locked in the 100 GB level until the next billing cycle?

    Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can upgrade your account at any time. For example if you upgrade your account to Silver plan and you reach sliver plan limit of storage space which is 100 GB, you can immediately upgrade your account to Gold plan to have more storage space. You do not need to wait until the next billing cycle. In that case you should also cancel your Silver subscription to avoid that you are billed twice, once for Silver plan and once for Gold plan. Inside of this guide you can find how to upgrade your account:
