The form I have created keeps loading

I have a form created called "Viktoria" and it is already embedded into a page: http://einpackerlfürdich.at/geschenke/ . The form keeps loading and I am unable to select any option. I have cleared my browser's caache and have tried from different browsers but the problem persists. Can you help me?

Your form is showing up fine to my end. If the problem persists, try to re-embed the form using our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. You have a widget in the form with many options and I think you are experiencing a conflict in the page. The iframe should fix this.
