Can you set up a template to be used and then adapted for different people completing the form?Asked by Damion Viney on November 17, 2015 at 11:58 AM
It seems to me that you are asking if there is a way to have a form adapt according to whom is filling out a form.
There are two ways you can create that type of workflow via forms:
Option #1 - Create a Multi-purpose Form with Several Forms that you've designed as your templates that would be embedded via our iFrame Widget to have those displayed according tto the User Type.
Option #2 - Create a Form with all of your necessary information at which point you can use conditions to call it up within your form based on user selection and actions. You can also place it within pages or collapses which may help.
Both options would require an intricate setup of conditional logic depending on what you want to display to your user-base for those completing the form.
