I just recently came across JotForm and am very intrigued. The first project that I have in mind concerns emails. Is there any way to create a form with JotForm and insert/embed it in the html of an email sent through a Cutomer Management System or is the form web-based only?
Thanks in advance.

You can technically insert HTML into an email, but its not best practice as many users will have HTML emails disabled by default.
You are much better in terms of making maximum possible availability of your form to just include a link to the form in the email.
