I am not being notified via email when a submission is made please help is time sensitive

I checked your notification settings and they appear to be OK with the exception of missing a sender name. This usually doesn't prevent the notifications from sending, however it might be in this case. I added a send name to your notification and sent a test submission. It looks like the notification went through.
Check to see if further notifications come through but they look like they should now be working.
