Is there any way to adjust the upload a file size limit

I am using the form for people to submit pictures of fish they caught for our club newsletter.  Most these guys are older but use smart phones and most the smart phones do not allow you to take pictures less than 1280x 960 which is the smallest on phones I have seen and most do not go that small.  Is there away to adjust the file upload so it will accept larger pictures?

The max file size is set to 1MB for an upload field by default, but this is possible to increase it up to 1GB. Please follow the next guide to find out how to increase the limit.
