I submitted a private question last Thursday 11/12, and I don't know where to go to follow up on whether it was answered. When I searched my name in the forum it didn't pull anything up except a previously submitted public question. Please advise.

You must be referring to your post here . There is also an equivalent email when a thread you have posted was responded to. So, you will be able to see the response on your email as well.
You will always be able to open post/thread even though they are in Private mode because your account will be associated to it.
To reply, you can open the thread using the 'Open this thread in browser' link when you open the email

No, that actually wasn't the question I was referring to. I had submitted a private question as a followup to that, asking for help moving a form. (Also, I have not received any emails from JotForm regarding the questions I've posted).
I'll just post my question again here:
I'd like to move this form: "Webcast Question form (ongoing)" from my subuser account (marinlersch) to our admin account. This is to ensure that we have 1,000 submissions available for the form, not just 100. The form is listed under "My Forms" in both accounts but I can't tell what the true limitations will be.
Another question is -we use this form for monthly webinars on this page: http://www.axon.io/webcast Can we continue to just use the same form over and over again, and the monthly limits "reset" each month?

It seems your form is already on your admin account, the limit of submissions for your form will be 1,000 due to has been created on the admin account which is not on free plan.

Your latest response came out empty on our end.
I checked all the post you had using your account/username marinlersch
and so far these were the only existing
It is possible that your missing post was not successfully sent during that time the reason we could not find it.
I have also check the sent email logs and I can see that my response was sent also via email to your email address.
You can review the sent emails when logged in to your account via the Sent Email History logs.

Do you perhaps have any other account aside from marinlersch?
Let us know if there are other account and we will investigate more.

Thanks for looking into it. Our spam filtering service was actually preventing the emails from getting through, but I "released" them and was able to see the record. Sorry about that.
