Not able to Submit the Payment Form

    I just received a complaint where someone was having problems submitting the form. The message I received stated that the user was directed to "check back in 30 minutes to see if her payment was accepted."

    This does not sound like a message or alert Jotform would use. I'm thinking it may be a PayPal issue.

    Can you try re-embedding first your form http://www.jotform.us/form/33471679328161 on the website using instead its iframe embed code.

    user guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Make sure to clear/remove first any script of the form before adding it back using the iframe code.

    When I checked the embedded form, I saw multiple script issue on the browser console log.

    This was due to script issue of the embedded form.
