Hi. We have turned off the encryption for our forms, but it is still asking for a key. We have a new subscriber today for the online CDP form, but can not view it. Please advise.

I checked your form, and it still shows the encryption feature is enable:
Make sure to disable it, by setting "No", save your form, and then clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache
