I ALREADY upgraded

    You need to fix my records or your system.  I have already upgraded my membership yet today I received another email from you saying you were going to disable my "free" account Friday.  I DON'T HAVE A FREE ACCOUNT - I paid $159 for my account and I want this fixed NOW as I am starting a new promo tomorrow.  Either give me confidence that this is taken care of TODAY or refund my $159 TODAY!!
