We have a book order form titled THE CONSTELLATION APPROACH Book Order Form which seems to have had some issues yesterday (Wednesday November 18, 2015). At times people were placing orders and they were not directed to the PayPal page to make their payment but were sent directly to a thank you page.
I would like some assistance figuring out what happened and how to fix this.
I just made some changes to the form this morning (Thursday November 19th around 8:45am Eastern time) including making a shipping option required and I changed the default quantity to 1 rather than 0 which was somehow there before and it seems to be working now.Also we are set up to receive notifications of orders and only some of those emails are being received - is there something I need to do to change or fix this? In the past we had issues with a different form and I changed the email. Do I need to do that for this form as well?
Thank you for your assistance with this as soon as you can as we need to have this order form working as soon as possible.

I've cloned and checked your form. I am not able to replicate the issue you are having.
It might be temporary problem.

Thank you for your help. It is working for me right now as well.
Can you offer any advice about the failed email notifications? I would like this part resolved.
Some emails are coming through but a number are blocked as well. I have an automatic notifier set up to send me an email when someone fills out the form.
Perhaps that was a temporary issue yesterday due to us receiving and sending many emails. But I would love help with this if there is something I need to do.
