    Hi,

I believe my colleague follow up in your other thread here:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/708022-Upload-button-doesn-t-work-

If this was not what you were looking for, please let us know a bit more detail regarding your requirements and we will be happy to have another look.  If you wouldn't mind creating a single thread per question it would much appreciated.

    Sorry for the confusion.

I want to attach a PDF to my form so that people can download it and print it out.

This is very frustrating. It should not be this hard!!

I have a PDF. I just want to type in some type and then have that PDF linked to that type so that people can click on it and print it out.

There is a line of type on my for that reads: CLICK HERE DOWNLOAD A LIST OF DATES AND TIMES FOR ALTER SERVER TRAINING.

All I want to do is link a PDF doc to this type so that people can download and print it out.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks!

My apologies, we attend to questions in the order they are received and we receive many requests.

You can simply add a "Text" field in your form and add a hyperlink with the help your the editor toolbar of text field. Please check the screenshot below:

My upload button does not work Screenshot 20

Set the URL to the URL of your document and you will be all set.

Your document needs to be hosted somewhere with an active URL.  There is no way to upload the PDF directly to your form to be hosted from our servers.

The link in your form works.  It takes me to this PDF:

What else are you trying to add?
