Can pictures be submitted with the forms?

Asked by Dallin  on November 19, 2015 at 01:17 PM

I would like to create an artist application for a juried fine art show.  This would require a pretty standard form but also require the submission of images/pictures, some of which will be relatively high resolution.  Is this possible?

Also, I am wondering if there is an ability to sort through the applications and categorize them according to varying classifications, such as different mediums such as a sculpture artist app versus a jewelry artist application.

Then is it possible to export the applications and information to our own databases?

    Thanks!

    Hello Dallin,

It is possible to use JotForm to upload images.

You can achieve this using the standard file uploader the specifying the extensions and the maximum file size.

Regarding the categorization and sorting, it can be achieved by having the submitter specify which category they are submitting to by choosing it from a drop-down field.

Based on how you want to pass the information to your database there are two approaches.

    1. Down load an excel file of the submissions and then import it to you database

    2. Save the date you your database using custom thank you page and php code (recommended), here are some guide to get you started on the second option.
