My problem with submitting payment is resolved and my account was upgraded

    I think entered the card number with spaces so it did not process. It would be helpful to have a pop - up that lets you know what you did wrong.

    Hello Laura,

    Thank you for letting us know, I have confirmed that you account is on the monthly Bronze plan.

    I would recommend doing the payments on the Firefox browser as it has better handling of JavaScript.
