How can I ask the form to keep all fields entered for multiple submissions?

After hitting submit, I would like to access the form with all of the responses I just filled in to make another submission.  This is different than accessing the same submission and editing it, I may have multiple submissions with the same details, so it would be efficient to access using the back button on my browser.
