    What about the submissions before 2015-11-19 22:55:28? They are now all blanc!

     And what about the syncing with DropBox. Do we have to fix this manually?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I believe this is somehow related to the "EU Safe Harbor" solution that we have. Please refer to this link: http://www.jotform.com/blog/178-EU-Safe-Forms-Our-Solution-to-the-EU-Safe-Harbor-Invalidation.

    All users in EU will have their submission data in our EU servers, this means you need to log in to our EU domain which is http://eu.jotform.com to view the submission data. However, I checked it in our end and I see they are still indeed blank. I have added that observation to the bug report that was earlier sent by my colleague.

    You can leave the Dropbox integration intact if everything is still working on your end, but if you have embedded your form to a website using old embed codes, I would strongly suggest to get a fresh copy of the embed codes under the "Publish" wizard and re-embed them in your end.

    We will update you as soon as the problem has been fixed by our developers. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

    Hi again,

    Yesterday, when I checked your submissions, every submissions were looking proper; but today because of the issue on some data transfer, some of them are all blank again. Currently, I fixed this issue, they have started to look proper again.

    Please, check them again with the URL "https://eu.jotform.com" and let us know the results.

    The problem is back. Is there anything I can do to prevent this happening? If so I need step by step help.

    It's really not a good feeling at the moment. Can I trust this?

    I do apologize for this issue.

    I see that a developer is assigned to this thread and looking into it so I will leave him a comment to see if he can update you in regards to this.

    I will also ask if a temporary solution can be applied again until the fix is made permanently, but please do note that the data is there, only not shown due to the issue mentioned by my colleague above.

    They way that used to work was brilliant. I really hope you are able to get things back on track.

    If the solution is to put us back on US-servers, I don't mind.
