Premium Upgrade

    I recently upgraded to Premium member, but my Payment Gateway shows I still have used up 10 of 10 spaces. Does that mean I will not receive any future payments via my online forms?

    Your account is on Premium status and it is entitled to 1000 payments per month. This issue is caused by a caching problem.

    1.  Log out your Jotform account
    2.  Clear your browser's cache
    3.  Log back in

    Your account should display the correct numbers afterwards. Thank you for entrusting your business to Jotform!
