Reinstate account?

    Hello, I received notification that my account had been disabled for exceeding the free plan amounts. I just deleted all submissions-- do I need to do anything else to reinstate my free account?

    I checked your account and everything seems to be good now. You can check your usage in this link:, make sure you are logged in.

    You may also take advantage of the file sharing and storage services integration that we have, like Dropbox or Google Drive. Here's the apps page you can visit: That will allow you to automatically receive the submission and the file uploads to your 3rd party services, giving you a real time backup. So that when you delete submission data in your JotForm account, you will surely have a backup of them.
