Response limits

Is there a way for me to create a form with multiple selections (say, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, etc) and limit the number of respondents for each time to 12?

What we are looking to do is offer facility tours, but we only want to allow a maximum of 12 people to sign up per time slot.

Our Gift registry or quantity gift registry widgets will allow for just that.  Use the quantity gift registry widget if that can select a quantity for that time slot:

Or the regular gift registry widget if the can choose choose only one:

Both will count down each time a selection is made and will no longer allow that selection once it reaches 0.  Set up your time slots then set the quantity to 12 and you should be good to go.
