There are different prices depending on what you need.

For example, you are currently using a guest account: guest_53216848976066 which is slightly more limited, but similar to the free plan.

I always suggest to register for a free plan, since it will allow you to always be able to log into your account and get back to all of your forms and if you need more, you can upgrade at any time over the pricing page.

Now depending on the number of submissions that you get per month, you might be fine with the free plan, which is limited to:

100 secure submissions (or regular ones)

    or 10 payment submissions

    - I placed or before 10 because when either of the two limits is matched, the account gets disabled.

Now before that, an email is sent to let you know of this so that you can upgrade to higher plan if you wish.

This allows you to decide if you wish to upgrade or to stay on the same plan.

I should mention that these limits are per month, so on each first of the month, the limits are reset to 0 and you can again use them in the same fashion.

Now depending on the amount of storage space and the limits (as described above) you might need a paid plan, but all can be seen on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

Do of course let us know if you have any additional questions and we would be happy to answer them :)

Hi Christine. No. There is never charge made by us for assisting with the form.

We like to help and that is why we are here. We however can not help build the entire form, but can assist with styles and some customizations that you are having trouble or assist with CSS as I did on the previous thread. :)

    You should however enjoy :)
