How to I access information from an encrypted submission when the entire form is no longer encrypted?Asked by empowerhealth on November 20, 2015 at 03:31 PM
We access forms on multiple computers, one may have been downloaded somewhere, I don't know. In anycase, because of the massive confusion, I have unencrypted the form, but there are still old encrypted results in the submissions folder. How the heck do I un-encrypt these old submissions? thanks! Rae
See screen shot attached, what a mess! Thanks! Rae
Unfortunately, if you do not have the encryption key, the data is lost forever, please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert
