WE received an email thta says we are at our limit.

    It was sent to my emlpoyee who is out, alevin.avsav@gmail.com.  We need to upgrade asap.  Please let me know how?

    Hello Larry,

    To upgrade your subscription, please login to your account, AVS_AV, and then click on Pricing on the top-right of the navigation menu (or simply go here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing/).

    You will then see the upgrade options.  Click the upgrade button of your choice and then select your plan.  You have three options (monthly, yearly, bi-yearly).  Then select your mode of payment (Paypal or credit card).

    Click the next button and you will be redirected to a page for filling up the details for payment processing.  Once payment has been made, you will be returned back to JotForm.

    To view the upgraded status of your account, please try to logout and log back in.

    what is the log on and password top do this

    Hello Larry,

    Unfortunately, we do not have information regarding the password to your account.  Althought we can provide the username which is AVS_AV. 

    You can ask your employee for the password or you can reset the password by clicking the Forgot Password button at the bottom-right part of the page and entering the email address or username in record (provided that you have access to the email address).
