Why do I receive multiple emails from the same submission

    When I receive submissions from my current webpage (www.singoutloudstudios.com) I receive multiple notifications.  One with the actual subject title and another with "Notification1" as the subject title.  Both contain the same info.  It's very confusing and a bit disheartening when I realize I've not received two separate requests but only 1.

    Also, when I try to clone the form that I have on the contact page of the site, it says that there is no form there.  

    Please help me resolve this issue.

    Hi Ella,

    You just need to delete the ''Notification 1''. Because you have already entered your email address and another one to ''Notification 2''. If you delete the first one, you will only receive one notification email. May i suggest you to clone your form using the form url? It would be easier. While you are on My Forms page click on the form, then click on ''Preview''. Copy the url from the address bar and use it to clone your form.
