    Hello,

I want to make a simple form with check list of 8 services I provide, each has a unique price. Depending on the choices my clients make, there would be the sum of all selected services at the bottom of the form.

What is the best way to do this? Any instruction on something like this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

To perform calculation on forms you can use the Form calculation widget. You can read the guide here: How to perform calculation in the form

I have made a sample form you can clone and check it here: https://form.jotform.com/53257651303956.

To clone a form from a URL, you can check the guide here: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

I have been able to come close to what I need already, only one small detail left.

Check my form on the link above and check it out. The only problem I am facing now is with the multiplying, it's doing it wrong.

I have updated related support forum thread:
