CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE
I have no programming skills. I have a Web page. I want to add contact form which pops up on a load of the home page. Need FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE. QUESTION 2+1 = TO CONFIRM IT NOT SPAM AND SUBMIT BUTTON.
Contact form data emailed to my email address. Every time someone new fills it. (Hope this is cookie)
After submitting thank you message and then homepage displayed.
People have to fill all details and cannot bypass this page(no close buttons). Background dimmed homepage.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Firstly, you can find lots of ready to use form on "Templates" page. From there, I chose one of them for you.
By the way, getting a form which you like is very easy on "Templates". First, you need to log in to your account, then on the "Templates", choose one and click to "Use Template" button. The form will be cloned to your account directly.
After getting the form, if you want to add a captcha to it, you need to drag and drop the "Captcha" field to your form. To do that, follow the instructions from the below:
