Custom form link not working after upgrade

    Hi,

     

    Just applied a pricing account to my form and now my old form link does not work.

     

    Can you please re-direct ASAP https://form.jotform.co/guest_53258005186050/rsvp-to-vip-live-at-the-orchard- 

     

    to the new link your system has generated of:

    https://form.jotform.co/barpop/rsvp-to-vip-live-at-the-orchard-

     

    Can you please do this immediately as people are responding to our link!

    It seems the custom link to your JotForm is not saved correctly in the publish wizard. I've made the change in the publish wizard of your JotForm. The link should be working fine now. I've checked the link and the form is displayed correctly.

    Hi Kiren!

     

    Thanks... although the original 'guest' link was sent in an email so we need to override this new link with the old link.

    Can the new link be changed back to the 'guest' link?

    I'm sorry about the inconvenience, unfortunately, the old account or the guest account no longer exist anymore when you made an upgrade. As a result, you cannot go back or use the old link. I hope it is still possible for you to just send the new link.
