I took a look at the form on your website http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50706331026949 and I see that the email is indeed not in the bounce list.

I did however check the email logs as well to see if there is an issue with the emails being sent, but it shows that all emails are being correctly sent, however it allowed me to see the issue, which I confirmed on your form.

The issue here is that you are sending an email to yourself though verified email, which means that the email is sent from noreply@jotform.com, but "masqueraded" (this would be the correct technical term) as if the email is yours.

While this is a nice way to send emails, it is also often used by spammers, so some email servers will not accept such emails for this specific reason. What you should do is to either:

    1. change the sender email to be noreply@jotform.com so that you get your email notifications

    2. change the setup to send over SMTP instead of the current setup or the noreply setup mentioned above.

Looking at the ease of setup and maintenance, my suggestion would be to send the emails from the noreply@jotform.com, but this is up to you and what you would prefer.

Do of course let us know if you have any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist with the same Pete.
