I am having an issue with a url and photo we display in one of our apps

    We use jot forms to power a feature in our apps that allows the customer to display a logo with a hyper link currently every two days we are getting a bandwidth issue saying the URL generated to much traffic?

     

    Can you help with this?

    We have a bandwidth limit for the uploaded files. For large files (size greater than 10 MB), you can view or download them 10 times. For small files (size with less than 10 MB), you can view or download them 100 times. This is fixed, which means it does not reset. This is to avoid the download bandwidth abuse.

    I would strongly suggest, taking advantage of the 3rd party file sharing and storage services that you can integrate to JotForm like Dropbox and Google Drive. You can check them here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage 

    We can reset the download limit of a file, but we can only do this once. Please share us the URL of these files if you want us to reset their limit for now.
