Fields with conditional Show appear all the time

    I have conditions that SHOW text field 306 and 307 only when the Payment Method field value = "Check" or "Credit/Debit Card" respectively.  However, these two text fields always appear on my form.

    Are you pertaining to the two Text fields on the image below?

    I have seen the condition you have created and they are not pointed to the correct fields

    instead, they are referring to two empty Text fields respectively.

    I'm not sure where do you need those empty text fields, but if it's not necessary for your form, you can delete those and re-create the conditions.
