    Form not working in Internet Explorer

    I created a form portal for all of my store managers to be able to access the forms we've created for our company at one location.  Accessing the form works fine in Google Chrome, however, in Internet Explorer, when I enter the access code, the page is simply white.  

    (the page is password protected using the "show form and form end" method you guys suggested)

    To get a feel for my issue, go to Chrome and enter the url:  https://form.jotform.com/jmaples/PORTAL 

    Enter the access code:  carlie123

    In Chrome you then see the "Manager's Portal".

    In Explorer, you don't see anything after you enter the access code.

    I'm using IE version 10, and do not wish to upgrade to a newer version.  Are there any solutions for this.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you.

    I do not have Internet Explorer 10, but I have tested your form on Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and form displays properly on my end in all browsers.


    Did your users also reported this issue? Can you please try on different device?
