Can not log in

    I just purchased the 9.95 a month program and now it tells me i can not log in and there is not a log in for me....also if i click on the link for our site it comes up with over quota...Please advise

    Hi Stephanie,

    I have checked your payment and found out that there is a discrepancy in the information that you have entered in our payment gateway, Plimus.  In the JotForm Login Name Field, you entered your email address instead of your username. This is the reason why your upgrade did not reflect into your account instantly.

    I have now manually upgraded your account to Premium. You should now see and increase of your limits.
