Is there a way to include the "Coupon Code" entered in the form submission e-mail? We issue different Coupons and it would be very, very helpful if we knew when we received the orders which Coupon Code a customer was using.
Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us.
I have inspected email Notification of your form and value of Paypal(payment) field is not added inside of your email Notification setting and because of that it is not shown which Coupon Code a customer was using. Considering that your payment field dose not have label it is hard to find it inside of Form fields list of Notification settings.
I would suggest you to add label to payment field and then to create new email Notification. When you create new email Notification all fields and values of those fields will be automatically added.
Once you add value of payment field inside of you email Notification settings, when form is submitted you will receive data about coupon code that was used.
You can also check submission page on your account and try to find there, which Coupon Code a customer was using. Inside of this guide you can find how to view submissions on your account:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
