I had a customer that sent me this screenshot showing how the drop down never appeared. I unfortunately used the same browser Chrome with the same update and it works fine on mine. Can you guys see if you can figure out what would have caused the drop down not to appear. Its right after the door 1 heading.

I have tested your form inside of Chrome and I was also not able to replicate mentioned issue. Drop down field was shown then I tested your form.
Is that the only user that reported this issue? Can you tell them to reload their browser or try with some other browser?

He was able to change browsers and complete the form. I will continue with BAU and if I have any other issues I'll let you know.
