how do I import an existing form that is a pdf?Asked by Kristina Peirce on November 23, 2015 at 05:47 PM
Not sure what is meant by "web page" for upload? I have a form that is hosted, but your system does not accept it: http://youth.dixie.org/site/File/download/613a323a7b733a323a226964223b693a3239333430333b733a343a226e616d65223b733a33383a223230313620445942204170706c69636174696f6e20666f72204672616e63686973652e706466223b7d
Thank you for contacting us.
You can import a form from Adobe FormsCentral, you can try doing it on this link : http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/
If you are still unable to import the form, you will have to build it in the JotForm Builder.
Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
Thank you, Kevin!
