Selecting days and time slots

Hi, please see screenshot. Is it possible to add a dropdown after each day. Purpose is for people to select their availability. For example, they would check Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the time slot for each of those days in the drop down. Thanks!

Unfortunately, adding multiple dropdown fields in the same column is not applicable using the Configurable list widget. You will need to manually add/setup this in your form by using checkbox and drop down field.
