I'm using the Free Service to start with. What happens when submissions reach 101? Am I automatically swithed to the premium Service and charged $9.95?

When you get the 101st submission you will receive an email that says your account is scheduled to be disabled on the next business day noon EST. For example, if you are over limit on a Friday, your account will be disabled on Monday noon. If you do not want your forms to be interrupted you can upgrade your account during this time.

Thank you. Assuming there were 100 submissions on a given month, will another 100 submissions be allowed the following month automatically or do the submissions from the previous month have to be deleted? Lastly, when does the month begin?

No, we never delete any submissions. Your counter simply resets at the 1st day of the month and you get another 100 submissions. But you keep your old submissions.

One last question. There's a 10mb space limitation. Is there a way to check on how much has been used? If not, what happens when the max is reached?

You can see it on the left side of your "My Forms" page.
Once you reach your limit you will receive an email that says your account is over quota and your account is scheduled to be downgraded the next business day. You can upgrade within a day to keep your account active.
You may also delete your existing submissions with uploads to get the space back.
