How can I get a maximum of 7 teams selected and charge for it?

Asked by Kristina Peirce  on November 23, 2015 at 10:30 PM

    Hello,

I have some specific setup questions that I think a super user could answer quickly...I have spent the past two hours just poking around and don't think I am near the answers I need. If I could talk to someone who knows the ins and out of the software I think I could easily figure out if this solution will work for us. Is this possible?

    Thanks so much!!

    thanks solution hello and

    Hello,
I am trying to find the best way to order/pay for "things"...in my case teams.
12 and under "O" zone teams; $12 per team; maximum of 7 teams can be selected
I have a list similar to above...but what would you suggest as far as configuration to make that work?
    Thanks and regards,

You might try to accomplish your scenario with a form with checkboxes along with calculations.

In the checkbox properties you can define

    1. The values for each option (each team in your case)

    2. The maximum selection of boxes

    3. The minimum selection of boxes

-One you do this, you must add a calculation widget in order to get the values from the checkbox field. Just search for it in the Widgets menu.

    - You can even pass the values to a payment integrations so you can get paid in your account with Authorize.Net, Paypal, BrainTree, etc.

See the demo form I made for you here: https://form.jotform.com/53274797698983

You can even hide the calculation widget.

Please see these guides in order to understand how I accomplished my demo form:
