I have a form with 5 fields. All required.
When someone submits the form, all the results are sent to JotForm's database because I can see them using JotForm, but two of those values are not sent by email. The email I receive has 3 fields filled but two of them empty.
Can you please help me with this?

Deleting and re-creating an email alert simply solves this problem. I did it for you. Please try it now.
