    I checked your form and made a test submission, but I was unable to see any problems on it.


    Usually, you are getting limitations in multiple submissions if you have enabled the "Form Limits" in your "Preferences".


    I checked yours, but I did not see any limits enabled on it, so I presume everything is working in your end now? If you are still having problems on this, please do provide us more details like the form URL or a screenshot of what you are seeing.

    Thanks again for your reply, I found the problem in the settings, I had the
    Form limit set too high
    All working now
