Hello,
This is frustrating!
I have set up a single PayPal Payment form to be invoked by numerous different product order form pages. The order description, order amount and some contact information is sent from the product order form to the PayPal Payment form via the Thank You Page URL. The first time I tried it with a Sail Order, it worked fine. After some tweaking, it stopped transferring some of the field values. Then, it suddenly started working again and it still works fine.
Now, I'm trying to do the same thing from a Gear Order form. I copied the URL from the Sail Order form Thank You Page and added it to the Gear Order Thank You Page and changed a couple of field name parameters. When I submit the Gear Order form, I'm taken to the PayPal Payment form. For a nano-second, I see the proper field values on the PayPal Payment form and then they are replaced by 0 or the variable names (such as {lastName}.
The PayPal Payment form is:
http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53253981193965
and the Gear Order form is:
http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52265902147959
FYI, the Sail Order form where this works fine is:
http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53184737463967
This is all in test sandbox mode.

I would like to suggest first disabling an Autofill option on your PayPal form. In theory, it may cause side effects due to saved data from previous form loads (since there are also hidden fields, conditions, and calculations involved in your case).

Thank you! That was it. It is working fine now.
