We are trying to reformat a form brought into Jotform from Adobe Form Central. One of the sections asks applicants to lists up to eight items that fall under the following headings: Activity or Organazation, Leadership Roles or Contributions, Awards or Recognition, Years Participated.

We'd like them to be in four columns across and then the eight rows below the headers for them to fill in? We were able to accomplish this in Adobe Form Central with more flexibility in placing - but we can't figure out how to do it in Jotform.

    Can you help us?

    Thank you for contacting us.

Do you want to achieve something like this?

You can achieve that by increasing width of your form to 1000px. I have also set each text area field to have 18 columns and 6 rows.
