We are not able to log into our JotForm account

    Why am I unable to log on to JotForm? Assistance, please.

    I took a look at your email Kaye and it seems to be associated with the account ktalbert.

    If you are not able to log in to it, please do go to http://www.jotform.com/login and use the password reset option - this will send you an email with the reset instructions.

    To get it, you should click on Forgot password option:

    Once you click on it, a new screen will be shown to you, where I would suggest entering your username.

    Once you do, you should click on th Send Reset Instructions button, and check your inbox for the reset instructions.

    Once you access your account, you can change your password to make sure that your password is what you want to have it as and to allow yourself to log into your account next time - without resetting password.
