    Form not displaying properly after initial submission

    The second page of the form is an invoice schedule. This schedule is set up so the next row appears once the amount cell is filled. This works correctly while the form is being filled out.

    Once the form is completed an e-mail containing the edit link is sent to an approver

    When the approver clicks the edit link to review the form only the first row on the invoice schedule is visible no matter how many rows have been filled out. In order to view any subsequent row the approver has to put their cursor in the amount cell and hit the space bar. This didn't used to happen, we used to be able to see the information for all the rows right away.

    Please advise has this can be fixed.

    Keep in mind the function of the form must be maintained, so any solution that disrupts or removes the functionality is not a solution that we can use

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Please allow me to further investigate this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I get a result.

    As per further checking your form, I noticed that the issue occurs due to a conflicting condition. The "If Customer Name is filled then Hide Collapse field" condition and "If Amount Is Filled Show Collapse field" condition are conflicting on Edit Mode.

     

    Please remove the condition "If Customer Name is filled then Hide Collapse field" since base on this condition "If Amount Is Filled Show Collapse field" the Collapse field will only show when the Amount field is filled in. By default the collapse field will be hidden until the Amount condition is met.
