    Possible Bug: Goodbye Clutter theme is not working

    Hi, I purchased a them form and I'm not able to edit and display my business name.


    Please advise.

    As far as I understand from your thread, you purchased a theme which is Goodbye Clutter but you are not able to edit it.

    I've cloned and tested your form. However, I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.

    I am able to edit the form on my side.

    Here is how it works:

    Hi, Thank you for your prompt respond.
    I do see your awesome example on how to do it, but you are sowing me the example on my free form. I don;t have a problem with my free form, on which I em able to edit and make any changes with no problem. I just want to get the instructions on how to clone and make it my own on the one I purchased. (Goodbye clutter)
    As you can Understand, I want that (Goodbye clutter)form with my business name, phone number and services I offer, with a slide show or video of my own pictures.
    Please let me know on how I can make this changes.

    Please allow up to 24hrs for a reply. We are out in the field daily and we will reply to emails as quickly as possible. Note that our appointments are an approximate arrival time only. Please allow a 1hr window frame, meaning that we can get to your home an hr before or after the hr set.
    Normal cancellation/rescheduling Policies Apply. Please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to service for cancellation/rescheduling to retain coupon purchase value or payment done.
