we dont want emails etc to display as Jotform to end users

Unfortunately, the web-based version of JotForm cannot be whitelabled. However, if you do not want to display JotForm in the email addresses, you may consider using your custom email address as SMTP. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in setting up SMTP for sending email notifications with your custom email address.
